OK, might wanna read through this, as I did the update a bit different this month...

For January, I planned on including my entire PICS folder for anyone who needed it, as I have seen a lot of requests for pic packs lately. Usually, once I finish an update, I archive the Pics and Data folders, so I can recover them in case of an emergency. To date, I have never needed them, but I always have saved them, just in case. I use the Pics folder thatI archive to sort out what pics were added during the month. That way, I end up with just the pcis I have added since the last update.

Long story short, I forgot to archive the Pics and Data folders from January, so I can't really tell what pics I have added for workers between the last update and now. There aren't many, as I have worked on the data primarily, but there are a few, most likely a good chunk of them being with the workers/staff added within the past month. So, here's what I've done for this month:

The Update is simply the readme, the pic changes doc and the data. Basically, a "Data only" version. I have also uploaded my pics folder for anyone that wants it. So, if you've been waiting for a "Pic Pack," this one is complete with the data currently (It's the pic pack I use, on the rare occasions I actually get to play :) ). For those of you wanting more pics, they are available. If you don't want them, no biggie, don't download the pic folder. If, while playing, you stumble onto a worker or staff member that doesn't have a pic (Meaning they have NO PIC... I consider the red "Unknown" a pic, as well as the "No Pic Available" that is on ones I don't have a pci for as of yet). If there is no space for a pic when you're looking at the staff emmber/worker, then there should be a pic available for the person in that pic pack. Whether or not it's worth it to download the entire pack to fill the holes, or if someone posts the holes on photobucket is entirely up to you.
