Man, this is a sad day for me. Tim Brown WAS Mr. Raider. The best wide out to wear silver and black since Fred Biletnikoff. Third all time in most recieving categories. Sad to see him go.

We've got as much speed as needed with White and Price. Brown could not only play the mentor, he could also be a psychological threat to the opposition.

At the very least, it could throw a spark in a town that's most noted for its complete apathy towards everything.

If they had cap room, I'd suggest he goes to the Niners, as they're in the bay area, where he more than likely lives, and they could use a guy to mentor the young guys on the Niners. Keyshawn Johnson, Rocket Ismail, Antonio Bryant. Tim Brown wants at least a 3rd WR spot, and I wouldn't play him over any of those three guys, and I like Tim Brown.

Well, he would be somewhat of a fit in San Fran, besides he would stay in the Bay Area, which is like a home to him, so yeah there ya' go. Yeah, playing him over Bryant, Johnson, and Ismail would be absurd. I hope he ends up in a place that makes him happy though, not somewhere like Chicago or something. :smug:
