I don't especially like the rehash of the old Bischoff/Austin GM dynamic (complete with Austin's "no physical violence" clause) only with Coach this time round. And how, exactly, did Vince "have no choice"? It just seems entirely random and nonsensical.

That said, it's not unsalvageable. Perhaps if Vince explained to Coach something along the lines that after everything else failed to control DX, he needed a tough, take-no-BS hardliner to do the job and so "had no choice" but to bring in Austin as the only guy to do the job. Vince's thinking would be that if he put Austin in a position of authority, it wouldn't be too long before DX's innately anti-authoritarian ways rubbed him the wrong way.

Preview of ECW

With ECW's PPV, December to Dismember only five days from now, we would expect something great for tonight's ECW. Terry Funk, who last night on WWE RAW said he wants to wrestle in December to Dismember said he'd want to have a warmup match tonight and his opponent will be Matt Striker. The Hardcore Legend's opponent for the ECW's PPV is a RAW Superstar, The Lengend Killer, Randy Orton. Could he beat the Hardcore Legend?

On the other hand, CM Punk costed Rey Mysterio the chance to become the ECW Champion on Survivor Series, and last night, attacks Rey Mysterio after Rey and RVD's match against the Spirit Squad. CM Punk said he will explain why he did that, and he's also going to face Rey Mysterio in a tag team match where he'll team up with The People Champion 'Rocky Siaki', and Mysterio's partner is going to be Tommy Dreamer.

Paul Heyman had promised Sabu and The Sandman a huge a meaningful rewards if they win the RAW vs SD vs ECW match at Survivor Series, and they did just that. What could be it? Is it a good one or a bad one. What will Big Show, the ECW former champion going to say about his loss in the Fatal Four Way match at Survivor Series? What about the runner up, Brock Lesnar?

Find out.... all the answers, on ECW!

Man, your diary is really pressing on,

While your RAW was great, I'd like to talk about SS.

Firstly, I think my favorite match was the Team ECW vs. SD vs. Raw Match. I really liked the whole layout of the match and it was a great finish. Really totally into that match. With that and the winner takes all match, you really encapsulated the spirit of Survivor Series, something that has not been done particularly well recently with short elimination matches with very quick pinfalls etc. I liked this.

HIAC match was great, good job there. I was totally shocked to see Lesnar pinned by RVD. Very very suprising but a definate good job there. Wasnt suprised to see Taker and Jeff win the matches although very good and a good classic cruiserweight match to open up a WWE PPV.

Overall mate a very good show and i'm looking forward to see where you continue, especially with a DX split

i really liked the last few shows.

Hot:

- The last ECW with Sandman and Sabu getting the ECW Tag titles was really something. The plot continued in the show and I really got into this one. To me, it was one of the big highlights why I liked this show more than the others.

- Rocky Siaki is really climbing my favorite wrestler of your diary list.

- The feud with Kennedy and The Undertaker is still going well.

- The return of Jericho wasn't advertised before Smackdown and lost a bit of it's magic because of this, but was still a key moment.

Cold:

- I didn't get into the reformation of the Four Horsemen at the beginning and it haven't got that sparking thing yet.

- King Booker lost a lot of momentum when he lost his title and seems to be almost moving to "other" things. I like him in real and got into it in your diary and I would like seeing him still battling in the top.

- Kevin Thorn released? hmm.. Some have to go, but he wouldn't have been one of my first choice. I like him and Ariel when watching ECW on TV. I know air time is limited, and budget (getting limited?) could be a reason.

Talking about budget.. I know it would be an insider.... But is it Something you're having to watch closely at the moment or it's ok? Other releases to be expected or the situation is stable?

Shows are still solid and I'm really enjoying reading when I visit. Thanks.

While I'm at it... quick predictions.. :)

Segment 8 - Rob Van Dam © vs Big Show - ECW Championship Match

Paul Heyman is at the ringside, and he does some mic work before the match, basically saying that RVD doesn't have what it takes to be the ECW Champion. Big Show and RVD locked up at the bell, with Show backing RVD into the corner. After a while, RVD got Big Show onto a drop-toe-hold, and calls for the Frog Splash! Pinfall 1, 2.... Where's the three? Heyman pulls the referee before he could finish counting. Heyman gets into the ring, but RVD grabs his legs, and gives him a few kicks. RVD see Big Show getting up, and goes to attack Show, but Big Show won't go down. Heyman gives RVD a low blow, and Big Show performs the Show Stopper! Big Show pins RVD, and Heyman quick count, but Lesnar runs into the ring and attacks Heyman. Big Show see Lesnar and attempts to punch him, but Lesnar caught him with an F5! Lesnar turns around and see the helpless Heyman trying to run. Lesnar grabs him by his head, and performs the F5 on Heyman too! Lesnar push the referee back into the ring, and RVD put his hand on Show's body, and got a three count to retain!!! Lesnar smiles as RVD hugs his title.

December To Dismember was really nice.

it included at least two matches that would have been must-see for me if I could watch it for real:

Randy Orton vs Terry Funk as I really didn't expect this kind of a match-up and the finish was totally unexpected.

Sabu and Sandman vs The F.B.I. for the return of the Dudley Boys which was quite entertaining.

I didn't want to release Kevin Thorn either, but he's out for 15 months. That's a long time, and I'm not paying him for nothing.

RAW Preview - What's next?

Last week, The Heartbreak Kid Shawn Michaels said he was the one who attacked Triple H at the parking lot a few months ago, and later that night, Triple H, who wasn't supposed to be there, entered the ring to confront his ex-best friend, and they get into a fight. Tonight, the Co-General Manager Jonathan Coachman told us that he had booked a tag team match for tonight. Shawn Michaels and his partner versus Triple H and his partner. Both of them can pick who will be their partner for tonight.

Let's not forgot about our WWE Champion, John Cena. He was involved in a brawl with Umaga, and it took about 10 referees and road agents to break the fight. Will it continue tonight? What about Edge who is schedule to return tonight? And the new big guy Mark Copani was really frustrated when he lost to Eugene in a tag team match. He is booked by Coach in a single match against Eugene tonight! Can Eugene beat the big guy who was supposed to be his friend? Or will Mark Copani beat the hell out of Eugene? The Intercontinental Champion last week lost a match against The World Champion, The World Greatest Tag Team when his partner that night, Carlito left him alone in the ring. Tonight, Jeff Hardy is going face to face with Shelton Benjamin!

There is so many questions that'll need an answer... Watch RAW... live!
