Has mafia become less fun?

Yes. Yes it has.

That's not just the sour grapes that have been going on practically since mafia began on EWB. (Case in point: TEOL ran Traditional Mafia because he felt mafia had become less fun. There are 19 games older than TradMaf in the Mafia Cube, and 215 games newer than it.)

Recently I've apparently had way too much time on my hands, because I've gone through every single mafia game in the Mafia Cube and assembled a spreadsheet. And by going through that data, I have indeed found what I consider to be statistical proof that mafia has become less fun.

But I'm getting ahead of myself. I'll try and post something new in here every day or two, walking through the process until getting to the ultimate conclusion.

And to keep people interested, I'll intersperse that stuff with fun top 10 lists like this one:

EWB's 10 Biggest Mafia Games

1) RW's WWE Mafia (40 players)

2) (tie) Essa's Television Mafia, Will's Marvel Civil War Mafia (38 players)

4) Norro's Mythology Mafia (37 players)
