I'm playing with a load of countries down to their bottom leagues, mainly because i'm pissed off with missing x player or y player I find online.

I suppose it depends what your intentions are. If you plan on sticking with one club, then just load that country. If you're like me and want to work your way up to the big jobs despite starting in the Malaysian U17s reserve Northern division twelve, then more countries makes it more interesting as there are more career path options.
