Personally I loved season 3 and I haven't seen any backlash against it. I mean, I haven't been looking but all the feedback I saw about it was positive. Obviously it isn't a patch on season 1 but for me that is one of the most perfect games ever so not much is.

For the first time on any FM game I decided to stop putting a goalkeeper on the bench. I mean, I've got some great outfield players who can't get game time and I don't remember the last time I had a goalkeeper get injured or sent off so it makes sense. Next game, my goalkeeper gets a wrist injury.

I'm curious about how people play season 3 of Walking Dead. Do you role play or do you play it "as a game"? Like for example would you always agree with Clem as Javi because of season 1/2 or do you try and see how Javi would see it and go from there?

So I finished it over the weekend and I feel very satisfied. The ending is good and sets up a lot (DLC and sequel) and I had a blast playing it. Sure it isn't perfect but I loved it for what it was. Got some random side-quests still to do but I'm going to wait until DLC before picking them up, if I even do because I might end up starting a new game. Decided to go back to ME2 and complete that and ME3 just so I can keep up my nostalgia trip.

I know this is the gaming thread but I feel as though I have to recommend the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why. It's got a similar feel to Life Is Strange and is so, so good

Really didn't know what to expect going in to Legion and honestly it has been excellent. I love how every episode has a slightly (or completely) different feel than the last one. Considering they took a relatively minor character who hasn't really done anything in about 20 years and made such a freakishly fascinating series it's pretty impressive.

Knights of the Old Republic. One physical copy, then on Steam and then on iPad. Totally worth it

Honestly I haven't noticed any animation issues but I haven't been looking for anything like that. One thing I will say is I thought the character customisation looks really dodgy, so much so that as soon as I saw my character in game I had to quite and start over again as the default female Ryder.

My concern about Iron Fist all stems from the "should've had an Asian lead" thing, but not in the way everyone has. I had the feeling the show had zero chance with critics because the general consensus was that this was the chance to give an Asian actor a lead in a big show but they didn't. The Iron Fist story isn't especially great and my understanding is that it kinda follows the Batman/Arrow trope that has already been done in film and TV, so it may potentially feel like a retread and was always going to have a hard time. But you can't write a show off after 6 episodes in the same way you can't declare it awesome after 6. I'm looking forward to it and each of the other four seasons of Netflix Marvel have been excellent, so they've kind of earned my faith here.

I'm on a laptop and I made the switch to 2D. My god it's amazing. Last season took about 30-40 seconds to load the match and then another minute at the end to get back to the inbox. On 2D it's almost instant

When I saw the topic name I was going to come in here and mention Witcher 3, so yeah, I agree with you there. As for recommendations, Mass Effect 3 is really good as well. Clint Mansell is one of the composers and he has done a lot of good stuff but the whole thing is really good. An End Once and For All is a really, really good track on there.

That was basically my thought. Not at home so not sure about the requirements for creating players, probably the best bet would be to randomly generate stats for that level or something and then give a higher potential. But yeah, effort.
