I'm completely on the fire Rivera bandwagon. The way the Panthers have been managed has been terrible. It's not something that will be fixed by giving another year.
The GM already got fired, and made terrible personal decisions and drafts. Overpaying players, and not signing the right ones. Worthless draft picks.
The coaching has been shit. For the first half of the season they kept doing nothing but option runs despite it not working at all. They wouldn't use the 3 RB's they paid a shitload of money to.
I'm also glad to see Lovie Smith fired. He always just seemed like this emotionless guy who was clueless when it came to most things. He'll probably be a good coordinator, but just always seemed lost as a coach. Whenever he failed before the defense bailed him out.
