No, like they have been part of two countries at one time or another. I'm thinking it is teams from ex USSR, Ottoman Empire, East/West Germany etc. Probably a bunch of African countries. Maybe Ireland too?

How many teams have won trophies in two different countries? I don't have a specific answer to it, but it's interesting. Kiev have, some Romanian team have, Cardiff have.
