I listened to this myself. Keep in mind the context. When Portia said "I hate Serena," she was talking about a match where Portia and a midget would face Serena and a midget, as opposed to Portia and Serena being on the same side, facing two midgets. In EWR, when two people have a "Hate" relationship," they don't want to work together at all, not even as opponents. I stated before that Serena and Portia just had a lengthy feud in Shimmer as well. If Portia truly hated Serena (in an EWR sense) she wouldn't want to work with her at all, much less work with her many times to have a lengthy feud in Shimmer and to work a match with midgets. Genickbruch has at least 17 matches that have taken place between Serena and Portia... Doesn't sound like two people that aren't willing to work together to me. Again, listening to the context here, Portia said that she had met Del Rey exactly once before they lived together. While I'm not saying that they aren't friends, wresting has a way of pairing people who aren't necessarily friends together, especially when it is beneficial to the people involved. The arrangement could very well have been just a way for the two of them to save money renting a place while in Mexico... Personally, I don't think just because two or more wrestlers share a car, rent, hotel room, etc, automatically means that all parties involved are friends, per se... Sometimes, they simply do it to cut their costs in half... Mick Foley is a perfect example of this. Fair enough to both. Maybe a "dislike" relationship between Portia and Serena then? Sounds like they hate each other in real life but not within the mechanics of the game. I'm just thinking of HBK and Bret, they absolutely despised each other but worked together all the time and put on great matches. As for Sara, it sounded to me like they became friends due to living together although they started as strangers. Everybody starts as strangers! Sounded to me like they bonded from that time together, especially when they were stranded and had to eat all of Portia's mom's spaghetti.

Just listened to the Portia Perez episode of the Art of Wrestling I second giving her a hate relationship with Serena Deeb I would also give her a friendship relationship with Sara del Rey, she said they lived together for a while

Not sure where to ask this, but does anybody know anything about a worker named Sabunim in the database? A quick Google search revealed that it is probably a typo for Sabumnim, which is Korean for "Master", but I can't find anything about the specific wrestler. He doesn't have any alter egos in the game. Help?

Actually I looked at all 3 of these guys last night while doing World Cup research! Augh I don't know why I looked at this.

I would possibly bump the top guys up a little bit because it goes to 100 so why limit it at 93? Believe it or not, the highest wrestling stat in the game is Mascarita Dorada's speed at 96 and he's a mini! Yoshitsune's speed is second at 94 and then Bryan's tech. The highest brawl in the game belongs to Masato Tanaka at 89. If 100 is perfection, then I would bump up Danielson's tech to 96 or so. I'd bump Quack to 94, leave Regal at 91. I'd bump Hero/Ohno to 92. Maybe Angle to 90. Punk is great but he's not as great technique wise as some other guys. I might bump him and Cabana to 88 and drop Davey to 85 or so. Everyone else looks OK. One thing that caught my attention when researching this: Soldier Ant and John Gresham have 84 tech! I love Soldier Ant and I actually think he deserves that rating, but it's crazy to think he's nearly top 20. As for Gresham, my only experience with him is as Hieracon in CHIKARA and he bored me to tears and botched a lot. Matching that with his 78 speed makes him one of the best workers in the game which is crazy to me. He's better than Christopher Daniels! Unless he's doing incredible work I haven't seen, he needs to be dropped IMO. On a related note, if Soldier Ant is gonna have 84 tech then Fire Ant needs a huge boost in speed. He's 78 right now, I'd bump him to at least 83 and probably give him 86 to put him on par with guys like ACH and Flip Kendrick.

The 78 I posted is Shane Matthew's tech, not speed. I agree Fire Ant should get a speed boost. 85 or so seems right. He doesn't have a lot of flips but he is very quick and agile.

Just for a comparison, Jesse Sorensen has 76 speed and 73 technical. I think everybody would agree Cole and Gargano are better than him. Brandon Gatson has B: 74, S: 73, T: 77

I also think Johnny Gargano's stats could use a bump. Current B: 74, S: 67, T: 71 Brawl is OK, maybe even a little high, but his tech and speed need a bump IMO. 67 speed is lower than Icarus. He's definitely quicker than him. I'd bump it up to 77 (which is where Fire Ant is, who needs to be bumped up to the mid-80s IMO, he's so quick). 71 tech puts him on par with guys like Sugar Dunkerton. Shane Matthews has a 78! I'd put Gargano at 80 if we're going by that measure. That's too high....I'd put his tech at 77 as well and lower Matthews.

Anybody think Adam Cole's stats should be improved a bit? He's pretty much the most solid all around worker in the indies right now. Right now he has stats that are almost identical to MsChif. She's great, but I don't think she's the best worker in the indies! Right now he's B: 73 S: 62 T: 76 I think his speed could be bumped up to about 75 (just below Eddie Edwards, who might need improvement as well compared to Davey). His tech could be bumped up to about 80 or so (slightly lower than Edwards and Strong). His brawl could be upped to 77 or so. Right now he's considerably lower than guys like Kyle O'Reilly (76) and Tommaso Ciampa (81). Just a thought.
