I'm not happy that Dallas hasn't made any major moves beyond signing some players already on the team to new contracts or extensions. But....that's par for the course. Will have to wait for the Draft, where they're more than likely to pick up more players that they don't really need than ones that they actually do.

Signed Randall Cobb, signed George Iloka, traded for Robert Quinn, so I really have no idea what you're talking about.

We didn't have glaring holes, Cobb replaces Beasley, Iloka upgrades the safety position and Robert Quinn is a big upgrade to the pass rush.  Witten returns to help with TE depth, and Travis Fredrick is coming back to re-solidify the offensive line.  Our biggest needs are now like, another defensive tackle, and a backup running back.

Realistically what exactly were you hoping they do that they didn't do?  Quarterback, sorted.  Running back, sorted.  Wide Receivers, sorted.  Offensive line, sorted.  Pass Rush, sorted.  Linebackers, fucking awesomely sorted.  Corners, sorted.  Safety, finally upgraded.  So again, what move did you want them to make that they actually could do, realistically?

Odds are they are going to draft a defensive tackle, a tight end, a backup running back, a defensive back and another rotational pass rusher.  All depth moves, because once again, we don't have glaring holes.

COSTA MESA, Calif. -- In anticipation of the NFL's release of the regular-season schedule on Wednesday, the Los Angeles Chargers announced the switch to the team's iconic powder blue jerseys as its primary home uniform for the 2019 season.

Variations of the powder blue uniforms date back to the team's inaugural 1960 season in Los Angeles. The Chargers incorporated the uniform into the color scheme until the 1974 season. The Bolts brought back the powder blues as an alternate jersey in 1994 during the league's 75th anniversary season.

Since then, the Chargers are 20-16 when wearing the retro jerseys, including 4-0 under coach Anthony Lynn.

Asked about the possibility of his team rebranding for the opening of the new Inglewood stadium in the summer of 2020, Chargers president of business operations A.G. Spanos said the franchise intends to embrace the team's legacy, and the latest move to make the powder blue jerseys the team's primary uniform is further indication of that.

"I've talked to our fans, and they love the uniforms and the colors," Spanos said. "They love the lightning bolt. It's truly iconic. It's very special, and we have a great history.

"When you look at players like LaDainian Tomlinson, Dan Fouts, Junior Seau and on and on, I think it's important to keep that tradition going."

The Chargers also will wear the gold facemask when wearing powder, white or royal blue uniforms.

The Bolts were the first team in league history to wear a colored facemask when they debuted it with their blue helmet in 1976. The Chargers most recently brought back the gold facemask in 2016, using it whenever they wore the team's color rush uniforms the past three seasons.

I was hoping that we would be playing at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - now I'll probably have to drag myself to the Bears/Raiders game as well. Also I have no idea why that post posted so weirdly; and I can't edit it either :S

On the plus side, the Giants only got booked for three night games which is their lowest since 2004.  Two Mondays and one Thursday.  NBC passed on the Giants completely, which speaks volumes to how bad they're expected to be this year.

I hate night games, so this is at least a small consolation for supporting a crappy team.

Or Kyler Murray is the #1 pick...after the Raiders trade the farm to Arizona for that pick.

Raiders swapping the 4th and the Bears pick (it's in the 20's right?) as well as either 1st or 2nd next year for Murray makes a ton of sense. I'm not sure how/when they can get out from under the Carr contract though. Also I think Carr is still pretty good so I kinda don't know if I like trading picks away for one of the only positions you already have kinda filled.
