Question About Scenario

I was wondering if there was a Japanese scenario for EWR that is recent? like 2018 or 2019?

It would be great to have somewhere to start rather than trying to change everything myself.

I mean, Hammy lived in Japan for a bit, but I wouldn't class him as a Japanese mod.

Closest I've done is June 2017. But I'm not sure if it's actually what you're after.
