After a previous soft-launch, Sky has today officially introduced new sports packages that combine Sky Sports and BT Sport for the first time on Sky TV.

Customers have been able to phone Sky in recent weeks to get BT Sport added to their packages, but as part of a cross-supply deal with BT that kicks in today, Sky customers can now opt for one the following packages from Sky:

  • Sky Sports and BT Sport: £35 per month alongside an existing Sky TV subscription, the new package combines all the sport from Sky Sports and BT Sport and saves sports fans 35% on standalone monthly subscriptions.
  • Sky Sports and BT Sport + Sky Entertainment: £47 a month - a saving of over 40% on standalone monthly subscriptions.
  • BT Sport: for those that prefer greater flexibility, it’s £25 a month to bolt on BT Sport to an existing Sky TV package.

Lo Celso really got away with that. How have VAR not seen a red card?

He didn't try and play the ball at all, despiute what Glenn Hoddle keeps protesting about him "trying to drag the ball back", he was out for the player, simple. Not even a yellow card. VAR shambles again.

Even more ridiculous that they've now said it should have been.

And Peter Walton doesn't even know whether he can now be punished retrospectively. What a mess.

My mate raised this the other day and I didn't know what the rules are now in terms of retrospective punishments given there is VAR in every game. Is it no longer a thing as everything is being checked or?

Watching Newcastle's 5-2-3 once again fail miserably to create any form of attacking intent, all I can think about is the 'We're getting seriously overrun in midfield' assistant manager advice from FM.

Except for once, it's actually right.
