It seems unlikely that they would have anybody be watching anything else in the show.

This show keeps getting better and better, though. This week's episode was fantastic.

Yeah, the sex scene was from the show. The way they were having the deepest conversation while that was happening is the giveaway.

I assume that in this universe, there isn't really stuff that's R-rated and stuff anymore. A couple of weeks before the Hooded Justice was absolutely beating the shit out of the bank robbers on the show, and everyone watching just kind of took it in without any surprise. It's probably a play on how parents there sort of just are straight with their kids, so stuff like that wouldn't be edited out or censored down.

I have to admit to my skepticism about this show from the get-go, but it sounds like it's been really good. Gonna have to finagle an HBO Now account or something to watch it before the year's end.

I'm enjoying the work the show is putting into world-building. In the world of Watchmen, I think it'd have been quite easy to have the show just looking forward in the aftermath of the New York events, but I'm pleasantly surprised at how far it's looking back - it gives the show a sense of depth and scale. It's refreshing that it's taking its time with its cast and narrative, it actually feels more like a comic book in that sense, it's picking and choosing moments and it's building towards something. It's really well-paced so far and I think that is doing the whole thing scope of the show a lot of good.
