TEW 1989 or 1990 mod?

Is there a TEW 2016 or TEW 2013 mod for 1989 or 1990?

The closest I've seen for TEW 2016 about what you ask is a 1987 mod and a 1991 mod. IIRC, the 1991 is called Rising Storms.

i did some research and found a 1990's mod from TEW 2013 so i put it through the coverter and used the Rising Storms graphics for it, I wish there was a 1989 mod since Arn Tully & Dusty were in the WWF at that time

I was working on a NWA Domination mod for 1990 but it's still in a building phase and likely won't be out till TEW2020.

There's also a 1985 and a 1993 mod...both available over on HOPW, though perhaps not the latest versions. Both should be getting converted and updated once 2020 is released. I'll possibly get the latest links up on here shortly.

* Quick note, the above makes it pretty obvious I was previously going by the username TsuMirren on GDS. I've changed my username for here, life landed a heart attack on me and at 46 I'm so not interested in drama.
