Workout Music

Recommended Posts

It's mostly for weights sessions and still being added to from my older playlist, which has some naff stuff left in it.

I'm hoping to eventually split it into a heavy lifting playlist, a general rock playlist, and possibly spin a more cardio playlist out of it eventually.

I was going to try to embed my spotify playlist but it wont work.

I kind of work out to whatever I'm most interested in at the moment.

Legit, I listen to Bruce Faulconer's Dragon Ball Z music when I workout.

Was it used as the background music to a montage in an 80s action movie?

If yes, then it's workout music.

I vary depending on what I'm doing. For weights I tend to go heavier, so I'll have something like Rammstein or Parkway Drive:

If I'm running it tends to be pop punk or rock, so something like Don Broco or State Champs:

My mate would listen to Anxiety by Black Eyed Peas/Papa Roach.

On repeat. For an hour.

I asked my Echo device to play workout music this morning and it started to play Miss Me More by Kelsea Ballerini. Not sure I would want to work out to it, but theres that.
