Coronavirus in sport

Vince Carter's tweet got me thinking:
 

A lot of sports are shutting down for a month but that might be really generous, especially here in the US.  Let's say mass gatherings are just straight up deemed unsafe until a vaccine is out, which could take most if not all of the year.  In that scenario, sports basically don't happen unless leagues move to empty stadiums.

Just imagining guys like Tom Brady, Drew Brees, and other older players throughout all leagues...taking a full year off at this stage might be career-ending.

I think they've gone a bit overcautious given the Stockton Town senior side seem to be still playing. I doubt our 6 players plus a similar number of parents would have been an issue.
