Benji Posted November 15, 2014 Report Share Posted November 15, 2014 Basically a limited number of people get it from a special event, then it's spread via Streetpass, so you have to basically walk past someone in the street with your DS in sleep mode and their 3DS also on in sleep mode and with the Eon pass. It's literally the single dumbest method of distribution I've ever heard. On the plus side, it's also kind of moot since you could just trade with someone with the opposite game for dex entries. Everything I've read has said everywhere is doing it except for Japan where it's given out in code via Corocoro.
