Ok all Christopher's friends are talking about this game and how he should get on it and play with them. He has made strong hints that he would like it for Christmas. I want him to be happy and all, but is he going to be a computer playing vegetable who doesn't pay attention to us anymore if I buy it?

Former or current players please help me on this rough rough decision.

All women on WoW are whores and will try to steal your husband even further.

WoW=THE DEVIL

Don't get it unless you have to, any MMO is better than WoW. =/

Only because it's TOO good, if you're a social person then get a different MMO, this is evily addictive.

Get him the game, and maybe try it yourself. Share an account. There's a married couple in my guild and they only have one computer and share an account (they each have separate characters). That will give you something to do in your spare time and will keep you both from playing too long by knowing you each need to play.

This isn't directly related to WoW, but a MMORPG is a MM0RPG.. An online friend of a friend was threatening to kill himself earlier in the week... Why? Because his girlfriend wasn't spening enough time with him...

His 'girlfriend' was someone he had never met in person, and only knew through the game(EQ2, for those wondering). And 'she' wasn't spending time with him because she joined a guild. Why couldn't he join the same guild? Because he 'didn't like' the guild. And apparently, his 'girlfriend' joining this guild was a malicious act, because apparently 'she' knew he didn't like the guild.

What the hell do these games do to people?! :huh:
