So yeah, fucking Wormed are finally releasing a follow-up to 2003's Planisphærium. This year is shaping up to be incredibly, metal-wise, for me. Most of my favorite metal bands come out with new material.

Kvelertak's new album Meir is streaming in full on SoundCloud. It literally sounds like they ate themselves and out came this new band that satires their entire sound. I cannot decide if this is absolutely amazing or terrible.

I'm surprised by how straight most of the covers are. Jello Biafra doing a Bryan Ferry impression on "Every Dream Home A Heartache" is hilarious - though when the song kicks in, it's awesome. "Station To Station" is an awesome cover, though.

Yeah it's on Slayer's website. Terrible news, I wonder if it was related to his necritising fasciitis. I'm assuming so but don't really know much about the disease.
