Is it just me, or is the way the show is shot too... clean? I've noticed it more in this episode than ever.

Another meh episode that tried to develop The Doctor with stuff we've seen before. I did love Mr Pink, hope he gets a larger role or becomes a companion - seems like the kind of character who would compliment The Doctor in a new way.

He gave the guy the tracking device, giving him hope he was going to live and then...BAM! Dead. And he didn't even care.

Also, suppose I should say something about the episode. Opening title scene was crap, episode was average, felt like it was entirely centred around asking fans of the young hot Doctor to give the new old one a chance and using the companion as a proxy, dinosaur was pointless overall, didn't even realise the lesbian kiss thing until it was mentioned on here, already dislike the woman at the end if she is going to be the big bad or a major focus.

I've just watched The Two Doctors. It's slow to start, gets good in the middle and ends rather poorly.

Although it's not the worst of the Doctor Who anniversary specials.

As a charity special its not bad, although Curse of Fatal Death is better.

I just think Dimensions in Time is a jumbled mess. It was just too much to do in 12 mins.

The only good thing about Dimensions In Time is being able to see the actors who played the Doctor and companions (and the Rani) that were still living at the time. Pertwee still looked quite badass at the time.

I own The Day of the Doctor on DVD, and am glad they included the two shorts. I'm glad Night of the Doctor essentially makes Paul McGann's audios canon. Definitely would love to see more of Eight. Other than the movie and the short, my only other experience with McGann as the Doctor is the animated version of Shada, but I can tell he'd be one of my favorites if I could hear (or see) more.

Is anyone else not at all excited for this at the moment? Doctor Who used to be the highlight of my Saturday, now I feel like I could miss it and not really care.

It's generally fairly difficult to get excited for an episode of anything when all you have to go on is "lol, Robin Hood".
