A 24-year-old man from Wisconsin has been charged with assaulting two men over one of them performing a dreadful karaoke version of Dio’s ‘Holy Diver’. It is alleged that Wisconsin resident Kyle D. Drinkwine put 28-year-old James Mischler and his 29-year-old friend Cyrus Kozub in chokeholds following their abomination of Dio’s ‘Holy Diver’. Drinkwine’s blood alcohol content was registered at .169, roughly twice the state limit.
