First couple of Transparent episodes were really good. Reminded me a lot of Six Feet Under.

I just started watching Supergirl, and 6 episodes in, I am pleasantly surprised by how much I am enjoying it. The lead is a great fit as Supergirl, and the supporting cast is strong. You can tell it's still finding its footing, but it has the makings of a great show in the future I feel like.

Not finished yet, but second half of Homeland S5 is much better than first. They really need to stop paying attention to Carrie's personal bullshit.

Finally got around to finishing up F Is For Family. That was kind of a dark ending for the season, I can dig on that. I think Vic's probably my favorite recurring character.

Has there been any word on a season 2?

Bill Burr has stated he's up for it, and I can't see Netflix turning it down since they tend to give almost all their original stuff at least two seasons.

I really hope so. They managed to fit quite a lot into the six episodes, and I was really pleasantly surprised about the mix between comedy and drama. It really seemed to find its feet towards the end of the season.

That last shot before Frank walks into his house is both hilarious, thoughtful and heartbreaking. I fucking love that shot.

Alright, so I watched The Man in the High Castle. I might need to re-read the book but I'm sure they've left out some bits and bobs. Rufus Sewell is just perfect for his role.

Idiotsitter continues to be great. I can't decide if I like the funeral/suits song more, or Jillian Bell's gibberish eulogy. How it all came together at the end - various stops at Panera Bread, a gas station, etc. on the way to a funeral - was awesome too.

So far I've watched the first 7 episodes of the X-Files and I like it! Still ways to go!

15 minutes into Killjoys. Seems like some fun little sci-fi, and a good start to Syfy's return to what brought it ti the dance as a nice compliment to the more serious Expanse.

So I accidentally signed up to a month of free Amazon Prime (whilst ordering toothbrush heads. What a weekend), what do I marathon to take advantage bearing in mind I already have Sky and Netflix? The Nazi thing? It looks a bit clunky and horrible to be honest, I'll be glad to be rid of it...
