I dont think so. Check the EWinventory thread. Otherwise just delete all the promotions and add them back afterwards, It would make them all free agents

I made a similar one... but it only has 5 feds but will need editing to put back to reality as they're all set at Global 100%

I tried doin that before and like made it to two days game time then got an error and the game wouldnt work
