Right now, I guess I can go with:

1. Frank Turner

2. Pearl Jam

3. Mastodon

4. Deftones

5. My Dying Bride

6. Paradise Lost

7. In Flames

8. Depeche Mode

9. David Gray

10. Ben Folds

11. Dillinger Escape Plan

12. Sunn 0)))

13. Boris

14. Torche

15. Ryan Adams

To be honest, I was struggling from about 4 down, since I don't seem to be listening to as much music as I used to. But yeah, there is my 15.

7 - Some band YI likes that's so faggy, even Pitchfork won't touch them.

...lol...this is what I don't understand though, I don't particularly have 'elitist' tastes. :/

...can I count this as a vote for Owen? I was crossing my fingers Ollie might have voted for him, but he didn't. :shifty:

And Be, it's alright. I'll do it. I've got very little going on in my life right now. :shifty:

Hardest decision ever? Hardest decision ever. Stuff like ycni:m, Million Dead and Reuben will always be on my list because they're the three bands I credit with having got me into less mainstream music. Deftones, QOTSA, BSS and HBMS pretty much shaped the later years of my puberty, and I think every memory I have from the age of 15 to 18 can be associated with a song by one of those four bands. Elliott Smith and AJJ are two artists I can listen to in any mood, at any time in any circumstance and still adore. Jimi and Tom are Jimi and Tom respectively, and will forever be worthy of the term 'all time greatest'. TVOTR and LCD are two 'recent' bands (that being of the last ten years) who have pretty much bounced off each other perfectly, and if I could've given them 'joint second' I would've done. They've both released increasingly brilliant albums, both know exactly how to make me laugh, cry or dance like I've never danced before and neither have ever stepped a foot wrong as far as I'm concerned.

Edit: Fuck you Elliott Smith, no one knows who killed you. :@

And New Order? I just fucking adore New Order.

This is my chart according to Last.FM from September 1st 2009 to now.

1. Pearl Jam (2474)

2. Metallica (1843)

3. Soundgarden (1587)

4. Five Finger Death Punch (1161)

5. Shinedown (1025)

6. Alice in Chains (1021)

7. Puddle of Mudd (984)

8. Bush (926)

9. The Exies (737)

10. Limp Bizkit (732)

11. SOiL (698)

12. Audioslave (546)

13. Nirvana (530)

14. Eddie Vedder (457)

15. Drowning Pool (446)

Whilst not the order of my definitive overall of all-time list, it's pretty accurate of the past year or so. Faith No More was at 14 on the list, but I can't ever really remember listening to them since November, so I shifted them out and moved everyone up by one.

Pearl Jam, AIC & Puddle of Mudd are high up because of new releases (and with Pearl Jam a bought a couple more old albums sometime last year/Xmas, plus The Fixer is brilliant). I don't realise I listen to Puddle of Mudd that often, I just find the short albums accessible and easy to listen to. Bush make a leap up due to being reminded how awesome they are by someone (and not jut Benji). I can't remember listening to that much Metallica either, especially lately. I discovered FFDP just before Xmas when I was very angry, and as such they were being played A LOT until about May. Same with SOiL & Drowning Pool, listened to them a lot from February to May. Audioslave, Limp Bizkit and Nirvana have kind of come in and out of rotation. And it's strange to think that I got that many Eddie Vedder plays off the back of one 30-minute (albeit excellent) album with 11 songs, only since Christmas.

Artists who just miss out: Faith No More, Nickelback, Smashing Pumpkins, Chris Cornell, De La Soul, Fozzy, Killswitch Engage, Incubus, The Sword, Gavin Rossdale.

Damn, Killswitch have really been played a lot recently. :/

So we have 95 bands...and some massive bands currently missing out. :o Keep nominating away.

There's some complete and utter guff that's made the list though...and I mean that in the nicest way possible. :shifty:
