I think the queen asked her if she had bleed yet in one of the first episodes of Season one. Most of the actors look substantially older than they are supposed to be in the book, but to be fair it´s extremely hard to cast good child actors and they did a good job with the ones they actually got to be played by children. - I think according to the Book Rob is 14 for example, most of them got aged a bit for the TV Show.

I think there are a handful of girls we have not seen naked yet.
