Book ending spoilers:

I'm pretty sure the film is being marketed as a sequel that occurs after the end of the book (where he walks through the door and it starts the story again).

I get that, which is why I'm not bothered by it, I just want to watch Roland do Roland things.

My takeaway from the Dark Tower trailer is that it is painfully obvious that kid isn't American.

This is going to come off a little weird but I am ok being weird with you guys. :P I think it's pretty well accepted that 50 shades of Gray is an awful movie. But are there any good movies with that kind of theme? Like I thought Secretary was pretty good. Any others like that?

My dad made my sister and I watch Secretary on Thanksgiving one year because he is a crazy person/troll. It was good.

Maybe 9 1/2 Weeks? Been a while since I've seen it.

A Dangerous Method also contains some of this, though it's not entirely about that.

Well there is Basic Instinct with the BDSM-lite theme.  Also Bound, which I've always heard was good but haven't seen

'Hellboy' Reboot in the Works With 'Stranger Things' Star David Harbour

I mean...I loved the first 2 Hellboy movies.  Ron Perlman was perfect for the role.  I'd rather see Hellboy 3 then a reboot.  Buuuuut...if we have to have a reboot, David Harbour would be a pretty good choice

I must admit I have zero knowledge of erotic films (...other than, y'kno, porno...). But isn't Eyes Wide Shut considered as a masterpiece of sorts?

Quite a few good movies on iPlayer if anyone is after something to watch. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b08q8f1z/kajaki-the-true-story was really good, another one of those films I like set in basically one location for 90% of the film. Very tense and well acted. Plus Nightcrawler, Drive, Margin Call, Calvary and The Terminal. Calvary is good, if you enjoyed In Bruges or The Guard, you will like it. Brendan Gleeson is such a good actor.

I mean, Ron Perlman was great in that movie, but if we wanna get silly then the film Hellboy is really nothing like the comic Hellboy. I kind of hope we're going deeper into Eldricht Abomination stuff and closer to the source if they're rebooting it. I really liked the original Hellboy films, but I'd rather they go more faithful this time so we can get a different kind of film.

I mean, thats why I said I love the movies.  I knew nothing about the Hellboy comics.  But I knew who Ron Perlman was and was a fan of his, so I watched the movies solely because he was in them, and became a fan.  I still no nothing about the comics honestly, but I'm willing to give a Perlman-less movie a chance

Also @Maxx I'm watching Newsies and damn...I kinda see a whole lot of people from Roundhouse on SNICK on here...plus that one Bash Brother from Mighty Ducks...the one who isn't on DareDevil

Edit: Also, crap, Heroine Bob from SLC Punk was in this!

Rough Night looks like it could be fun. Great cast - Kate McKinnon, Ilana Glazer, Jillian Bell, and directed by one of the writers/directors of Broad City. Could be pretty funny.
