The servers are busy at this time. Please try again later. (Error 37)

OH FUCK OFF! I don't even want to play online! :(

Just write your password in a text document. Copy, past, enter spam it on the login screen. Never took me longer than 1-2 minutes when the server was set up to be played on. Straggly enough i could only make it on the US server.

I don´t even know if offline play will be an option. With SC2 you could play offline but with no achievements active and stuff... but D3 is coming with this wacky auction house were you can earn and spend real money... i sure hope they will allow some kind of offline play.

We just entertained ourself by pulling level 1 characters through the last dungeon (on hardcore to make it more interesting). After we had both our new characters on level 5 we used a login trick to start the final quest with these two characters. Still not much of a challenge but we had a blast.

So apparently, you switch regions at will be you have a different friends list and group of characters on each server.

Australians are listed on the American servers so I guess that'll be the one we're all going to converging on for group play. :shifty:

Well, that's just the way the servers work. It might be simpler if you use Battle.net's RealID feature.

There's no monthly fee for this one right?

Correctamundo. You can actually sell items on a real-money auction house at no charge (though Blizz takes a chunk of the coin if it sells and if you opt to transfer it from your Blizzard account to a PayPal account). So if you're good enough, you could make a bit of coin.

Disclaimer: No matter how good you get, don't expect to make any coin. :shifty:

I'm expecting about $2 to $5 a week max if I put in a ton of time and maybe a $25-30 item once every 6 months or so. The money to time ratio is obviously not there if you're looking at it as a job with people running on multiple boxes and potential botting and such but factor in the enjoyability and it's a nice little perk. If I can eventually make my money back on the sequel to the game that has dominated so much of my video gaming career that's not a bad deal.
