Walmart is doing an extra 50% if you trade toward a Madden pre order right now and they are giving out ridiculous values. I am going to trade in UFC tomorrow and if the website is right it will net me about $61.

Not much here but a short video showing that most of the rookies are displeased with their ratings in Madden. Johnny Manziel in particular seemed dumbfounded by his accuracy rating. I'm glad to see that, actually. I know overall ratings are mostly meaningless but I used to hate it a few years ago when seemingly every 1st round pick started at like 80-85 OVR and many of them had high potentials and were all studs. It was overkill.

Connected Franchise just debuted 2 years ago. I'd be really surprised if they scrapped it already. I'm doubting there have been too many changes to the mode though, or they'd probably have been touting the changes earlier, not a month before release.

I enjoyed last year's franchise though. Had a lot of fun scouting the upcoming draft classes and also following some of the guys who had unique stories attached to them. My only complaint, although minor, would be that there were just too many players coming from really tiny schools. Seemingly half of the players in each draft class are from Division 2 schools and stuff.
