Welcome everyone to the 2014 installment of EWB Fantasy Football! This is the "B-League" as you would call it. We lack the prestige of Maxx and his cronies, yet also lack the international flair of the foreign league(except for Berober, who was kind enough to pull double duty so that we can have 10 teams). Fortunately for you all, since DYSI is a lazy bastard, I will be your fearless leader this year, automatically making us cooler than both of those other two jobber leagues put together! As you can see, our draft bust idol this year is Brian "The Boz" Bosworth, and I expect you all to honor the mullet!

The draft starts August 1st per EWBFF Baron Maximillion, so I'm starting this thread a little early, but this gives you time to see your draft order, do your draft homework, and shit-talk your fellow league members. Our draft order is being generated my Mick via TECMO Bowl, and I'll post it when it becomes available.

For now, barring any flakes, our league participants in no order are:

HeadCheese - Your God and reigning NXT League champion! Packers fan.
Berober - Finished a respectable 4th place last year. Browns fan. (eww...)
Mick - TAMPA TAMPA TAMPA TAMPA
Livid - Competed in A-League last year. San Francisco 49ers fan
Busch - Competed in A-League last year.
HBK - Newcomer
MTForbes - Started last year 0-14. Horrible player. Great dude, though.
Munky - Competed in NXT league last year
SDM - Newcomer
Spanktooth - Newcomer to NXT League.

Quick Notes

- Draft will last 15 rounds
- Order is obviously snake-style, meaning if Mick for example picks last in round 1 then he picks first in round 2.
- I will keep the draft results updated in this post. Make sure you look over it before making a pick to avoid picking someone already taken.
- We're playing under PPR rules. Passing TDs are worth 7 points a piece, meaning QBs are a little more valuable
- Roster consists of: 1 QB, 1 RB, 1 WR, 1 TE, 3 FLEX(RB/WR/TE), 1 K, 1 DEF, 6 Bench Spots
- Draft will start August 1st, exact time pending
- Time between picks is pending as well. I'll have to ask Maxx because I honestly can't remember.
- I'll be lenient on late picks in the first couple of rounds, but as we move along if you don't have a list you're getting Yahoo's best available at a position of need.
- PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE: If you think you might get busy, be asleep, etc, please send me a list of players you want, in order. This makes everything run so much smoother and prevents you from missing a pick. I will do my best to PM you guys when you're up but no guarantees, so please consider giving me a list.

Remember, it's a brand new start, and even the lowest of losers, such as MTForbes, who only won one game all season last year, can compete with me, HeadCheese, reigning NXT-League Champion. I have run this by Headcheese, and here is how the draft is occurring.

Every owner has been put into a five-owner group. What we'll call Group A is Spanktooth, Headcheese, SDM, Munky and Livid. Group B is myself, Busch, Berober, HBK and Forbes.

There will be a round-robin in each group. And here's how the results come in:

Tecmo Super Bowl on the NES!

Everybody will be assigned a random team per game; you will have each team once. This is because some times are insane (like the Bills), others are horrid (Like the Colts or Pats).

The round-robin will be used to determine seeding in a 10-man single elimination tournament, with the winners of each group getting a first round bye. There will be playoffs for each place aside from 1st and 2nd; where you finish determines your pick in the first round.

I will be updating each game as results come in; there's 20 round-robin games.
