Football Manager 2015

So after Skive IK's first season in the top flight, and the first ever season as a pro club. I have literally done the impossible and win both the cup, and finish a ridiculous 3rd in the league to give Skive European football in their second ever top-flight/pro season...

But after almost 200 games and 1900 days with the team, I'm starting to get tired of the scenery of Denmark. And dominating with a team that should be struggling also gets, repetitive despite the fun I'm having in beating teams that I shouldn't beat...

Also, the talent level of Skive IK and Denmark as a whole is simply atrocious. And my last youth intake I only had 2 guys with 2* potential, those were literally the best guys in the entire crop...

And there's been interest from the rest of europe about my ''obvious talents'', and I got two interesting jobs lined up.

Nottingham Forest - Has been here and there in the Championship since the game start, never returned to the Premier League. Also has a reasonably good salary budget that's not blown up. Nice challenge to return them to the top flight, and return them to prominence.

Swansea City - Have been yo-yoing in and out of the Premiership the past three seasons, and have survived at 17th place this season keeping them up. Lowest wage spending of the Premiership with a ''mere'' 32.5M, and they seem to have very big coffers. They are one of three teams in England with ''Rich'' status. (Others are Stoke and Arsenal). And with investments I could make them the first Welsh winners of the English league.

One team has lots of history, and more ''safety'' in mid-field/promotion in the Championship, the other one has lots of money, no history, and a tough battle to stick around in the Premiership despite the metric-shittonne of cash...

I'm having a hard time decide, because both teams are equally interesting to run with...

Any biased suggestions, lads?

Anyone other than Swansea!

You using specialised training TCO?

No specialised training, have him training one attribute that I can't remember and he's being mentored by Moussa Sissoko who he's orinocally keeping out of the team. Tielemens really is just a freak!

I don't think my laptop could hold up to a net game. Running 3 nations on a large database is using nearly all the processor power!

I'm enjoying this immensely so far, only just started the season but I'm enjoying the tactical variety especially relating to individual players. Decided after much deliberation to start at Brighton and try and get them promoted, currently with the squad I started (no transfer budgets in the first window).

I haven't had a single press conference bar when I took the job though, is that normal? I'm three games into the regular season now, I thought they'd be happening with regularity.

Leeds!

Just kidding, Leeds sucks...

Take Wolves, they have a pretty good youth system, a good stadium, and they don't have a big wage bill either. And there aren't huge expectations for massive success to put you under ridiculous pressure from the start.

Also, they play in Orange, that guarantees a good team!

PS: After everyone ''pleading'' me to join Swansea, I've decided to join Nottm Forest anyways.
