I'm gonna pump up Dots and Two Dots here - a friend of mine works for the company that made it and (full disclosure) involved me in the creation of their colourblind mode. But I was a fan who played the games before they spoke to me. It's a fun little casual time-waster for public transit trips and the like.

There's some that are similar in name. What's the company name?

I'm playing Calculords right now, a game that internet columnist and all around hilarious motherfucker Seanbaby helped to design and write - essentially you have three lanes you send guys out on, but you can only do that if you do the math with the six numbers you have to match the one they have. It's pretty addictive once you get into it.

Besides that I pop on Pen and Paper every now and then.

Not sure on battery life but The Room series are fun puzzle games. Tell a decent story too. I've only played the third on mobile but the other two I have ported on steam.
ATM i switch between Marvel Strikeforce and Harry Potter (Decent enough RPG I guess)

It worked so well first time I thought I would revive it :shifty:

Looking for Android games that don't drain battery life, ideally something in some of the following genres:

  • Card Games
  • Visual/Text Novel
  • Puzzle
  • RPG
  • Turn Based Strategy

Suggestions?

Oooh, I've been massively into the Choice of Games catalogue lately.

Slammed is a good wrestling based story to get your feet wet and I highly recommend the Hero Rise pentalogy along with the two Community College Hero "books"

There's a decent variety even if I find myself slanted towards the Superhero/Zombie Apoc. genres.
