Tomorrow will be exactly four weeks until Christmas so I want to get together a few playlists of Christmas songs. Looking for suggestions of songs or, even better, albums. I'll 100% guaranteed have 'Stop The Cavalry', 'Fairytale of New York' and 'A Spaceman Came Travelling'

Aside from the obvious choices like Slade, Wizzard, Band Aid et al, I've always loved Ring Out Solstice Bells by Jethro Tull:

I've also always been partial to the Power of Love by Frankie Goes to Hollywood, which isn't really about Christmas (the lyrics are about keeping vampires from your door) but still gets onto all the Christmas Compilation albums for some reason. Go figure...

"Driving Home for Christmas" by Chris Rea is great, especially if you play it as you travel home from work on your last work day before your Christmas break.
