EWB Steam/GOG/Humble Bundle/whatever Christmas Sale Gifting Thread

Figured it'd be kinda rad to do this and have it in a centralized location. If anyone wants to participate, that'd be rad. If not? No worries. We'll say an arbitrary limit of, like, $5-$10. Express your interests in games, or say what spare copies you have, and throw them codes up/exchange usernames/emails and get to gifting.

I'mma take a look at the Steam sale over the next few days and collect a few of my personal favourite games to gift. :)

I cannot tell if Ruki loves the idea of this, or food, more.

pandasarerad is the steam name. willyumkemp [at] gmail dot com is the email. If anyone wants, say, Skyrim (not GOTY, sadly), or Prison Architect, or something of the like, I'd be more than happy to provide it. I really want the SimBin Mega Bundle, but I'll probably end up getting that myself in the next few days.

Namedrop some titles y'all want/titles you've enjoyed that you think others might like.

Hotline Miami is hella cheap and just oozing with personality and its gameplay is pretty rad. The soundtrack is fantastic, too.

Fez is $2.74. I will gladly buy that for multiple people, because that is my favourite game of 2013. Gunpoint is only, like, $6.50. That's a fantastic puzzle game.

Papers, Please is $5.49. Another incredible, atmospheric, rad game.

Also, Super Meat Boy, if for some reason you missed out on it, is amazing.

If y'all wanna be surprised, that's cool too. :)

Interesting idea. Had a little browse of the store now after seeing this and the Skyrim Legendary Edition is only £6.79 for another 28 hours or so. With all DLC included, they're practically giving it away and I couldn't say no after wanting the PC version for ages :pervert: with all the mods that are out there, that's pretty much endless gameplay hours for a relatively cheap price.

There's a few others catching my eye though.

Portal and Portal 2 are going stupidly cheap at the moment, £3.59 for both games.

Brutal Legend - one of my favourite Xbox 360 games - is something like £4 and I'll probably consider that too.

There'll probably be more hidden under all the other offers, but those caught my interest.

A few more deals I've seen on Steam that may be of interest to someone:

Saints Row IV and The Walking Dead S2 are both currently 75% off and under £5 as a result in the Steam sale at the moment. Saints Row GOTC Edition is about £6.20

Papers, Please has dropped to £1.74.

Classic GTA fans rejoice; a 'Complete Package' is going for under £7, and has GTA III, GTA IV, Liberty City Stories, San Andreas, and Vice City all included. Expires in just under two days.

Seems like a lot of good games are going under the hammer.

GTA and GTA 2 are both available as freeware downloads now, so it doesn't really matter that they're no longer part of the package.

EDIT: Forget that. Said freeware offer is no longer valid. I'll just feel smug that I got the pack with both of them in it for £4.99 three years ago.

Three years ago is when they were available for free. :shifty:
