Just fucking sell him, Everton.

Why would we sell him? <_<

You can't just not sell to the big clubs, that's not how football works!

Sorry, I forgot. Gotta sell all the good English players below the age of 25 to the big clubs and let them rot on the bench. >_>

How do you expect us to underperform at World Cups if we've got players playing football and developing?

So instead they just let him go to Liverpool, says a lot about what Bayern think of him as a player

On the contrary, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge once described Emre Can  “one of the biggest talents in German football”. Bayern wanted him to stay in Germany and tried to convince him to remain at Leverkusen so they could eventually bring him back to Munich. However, Emre Can didn't want to do that.

Why didn't they just activate the buyout clause when Liverpool became interested? They couldn't. It wouldn't have kicked in until 2015. Liverpool triggered his release and were able to sign him as a result. Can also speaks very highly of Sami Hyppia, who was his manager at Leverkusen, and that probably helped influence his decision to move.

Brentford have accepted a £9m bid from Bristol City for striker Andre Gray, BBC Sport understands. The 24-year-old striker, who had been a target for Hull, is currently discussing personal terms with the Bees' Championship rivals.

Bristol City, £9m!!

He was one of our better players last season and helped turn the game around for us against Stoke last season.

But then again he must be rubbish because you said so.

Brench Facts.

His worst games were as a right back (which happened maybe twice) - which is unsurprising considering it's nowhere near his natural position. Can has been really good especially for a 21 year old midfielder who has come to a new league and mostly played as a centre back.

But what do I know? I've only watched every single first team game he's played for Liverpool. :P
