Custom EWR Fed Logo & Banner

Im wanting to start a custom company and was wondering if somebody could make me a logo and banner for it. I was hoping to base the logo off of the most recent TNA Destination X logo (2011 & 2012 one if it helps any) (of course without the TNA logo)

Company name: X-Division Wrestling

If at all possible, could I get it on the TEW Silver Logo background.

For the banner, I would like some variation of my fed logo along with  the tagline "It's About No Limits".

 

Ive asked for a few custom logos in the past, but if someone could take the time to do this for me, it would be greatly appreciated as I have big plans for this company and may end up making a diary based off it.
