Not really, once your team hits full tactical fluidity, they massively overperform.

A lot of this seems like shiny little baubles rather than anything that will meaningfully change the game.

Mind you, FM 2015 was the first one I bought since FM 2012, so at this rate I ought to get another couple of years ought of it before it feels too obsolete.
