Header/Banner

I don't know if someone can do this one for me but if you can, I'd greatly appreciate it.

 

I need a header/banner for a site I am running. It doesn't have to be vastly extravagant with bells and whistles. All I want is a Black, Gray, Red, and White style banner that says 'Unstable Fighting Syndicate' on it. If you can fit a  render of   this with the banner that's fine. I need it 950x300 size and if you can get the blood spill background that's great. If not, a black, red, gray, and white banner with 'Unstable Fighting Syndicate' works perfectly.
