EWB Fantasy Baseball 2016

We live in a world where the Royals and Mets are two of the most well-built teams in baseball, the Braves have next to no pitching, the Cubs are serious Series contenders, and Barry Bonds is teaching people how to hit.  One thing that remains constant, though, is EWB's Fantasy Baseball League.

This year, we're keeping it simple with one normal head-to-head league.

The 2016 Longest Draft Ever will start on March 6th.

Any league member can propose scoring/rule changes, but it must be agreed upon by a majority of teams.  Here is a list of current teams & rules:

Rules:
1.  Here is the league URL!
2.  Each week will be contested with Head to Head rules in the following categories:

Batters:  Runs, Home Runs, Runs Batted In, Stolen Bases, Batting Average, On-Base + Slugging Percentage
Pitchers:  Wins, Strikeouts, Saves + Holds, Earned Run Average, Strikeouts per Walk Ratio, On-Base % Against

3.  Your pitching staff must pitch a minimum of 15 innings over the week to qualify, otherwise you will record no pitching stats for that week.
4.  Roster will consist of the following:

One of each position:  Catcher, 1st Base, 2nd Base, 3rd Base, Shortstop, Left Field, Center Field, Right Field, Utility Player (of any position)
Two of each position:  Starting Pitcher, Relief Pitcher, Players on the Disabled List
Three of the following:  Utility Pitchers (starters or relievers)
Four of the following:  Bench spots

5.  No limit on transactions, but released players will have a three day waiver period and teams will have two days from the time a trade is proposed to vote against it.  Players can be added as soon as they show up in Yahoo's system (aka the Kris Bryant Rule).

6.  Trade deadline is International Short Guy Day (August 14th, 2016).
7.  The safe word is 'bunt'.
