Liverpool have been ordered to pay Burnley a record tribunal fee for Danny Ings of £6.5m plus £1.5m in add-ons. Burnley had demanded around £12m for the striker and argued that competition from Tottenham Hotspur justified that sum, while Liverpool had initially offered £6m.

But for £10m less, you could have Patrick Bamford sit on the bench all season and achieve exactly the same as Pato.

Ah, but if we're just looking to outfit our bench with striker-shaped ornaments, we may as well push the boat out a little to get one that looks adorable.

Pato is like a puppy who is so useless that he doesn't even bark when someone breaks into the house, but you can't be mad at him because aww look at his happy widdle face! :shifty:

Wobblechops will be Chelsea's seventh sub for the season for £5000 a week for Myke and a pound of sausages a day for the Wobblester.

Manchester City have agreed to pay the €50m (£39m) release clause to sign French defender Aymeric Laporte in the summer from Athletic Bilbao, according to reports in Spain.

Dynamo Kyiv’s president has insisted he will not consider selling Andriy Yarmolenko to Everton or Stoke. The Ukraine international has been tracked by several Premier League clubs for some time, with Everton having failed with an attempt to sign the playmaker last summer. Ihor Surkis revealed last week that he is willing to allow Yarmolenko and Austria defender Aleksandar Dragovic both leave the club for the right fee but admitted they will only countenance selling him to a “top club”.
