It's about time the FA got with the times and started doing Triple Threat matches.

Reminds me of school where one match would be played the length of the concrete pitch and the other two matches would be played the width of the pitch.

We used to have one big pitch for the bigger kids and one little pitch for the smaller kids, used to be scary as fuck when the ball would go into the bigger boys' pitch and you had to be the one to go get it, potentially interfering with play and getting their anger :(

Check you out with your fancy school with two pitches. I bet they were even made with grass.

It was just one big tarmac playground that was turned into pitches. Jumpers for goalposts, of course.

Of course.

We had a concrete pitch surrounded by a mesh fence. It really taught you to stay on your feet because if you hit the deck you would shred your legs. This was my primary school tho. In secondary school we had a full size concrete football pitch that would occasionally be used for field hockey, during which gangs would form on the basis of what colour you were and needless to say the only four white guys in my class would get chased around by mobs with sticks. Happy times.

Maccslefield vs Oxford is on, nobody watching? Its not been a bad game. Couple of tasty tackles, good calls from the ref, two chances hitting the bar or post, no goals so far but its been quite entertaining.

Ex-Liverpool striker Adam Morgan has scored twice for non-league Curzon Ashton who currently lead AFC Wimbledon 2-0.

Adam Morgan's had a bit of a rough couple of years with injury problems and dropping down to the Conference North so this is great.

It's sad listening to some of the interviews he's given to the media and the likes of The Anfield Wrap but glad he's finding some form down in the wet leagues and hopefully he can move back up the leagues.
