Really? This year's Arrow has been better than last year I would say.

If you mean the newest season (season 5), I've not watched it. Season 4 was absolutely god awful, I promised myself half way through that I would give up by the end of the season if it didn't improve, and instead it somehow got worse, so I have no desire to jump back in any time soon.
