Team Rock Enter Administration

My Facebook feed has been clogged up with the news that Team Rock (the company that owns/runs Metal Hammer, Classic Rock and Prog magazines, as well as hosting The Golden Gods awards etc) has gone into administration. 70 odd staff members have been made redundant. It looks like the only way the titles survive is if another publishing company buys the name. MH has been on the go since something like 86ish. 2016 - the year that keeps on taking.

Nope. Metal Hammer are owned and published by TeamRock and Rvolver is owned and published by a company named NewBay Media.

I don't think this will have any impact of the international versions of the Metal Hammer Megazine since they are all owned by a different publisher.

Can't imagine how much it must suck to get layed off right before christmas.
