Aston Villa have completed the signing of Robert Snodgrass on a season-long loan from West Ham United. Sky Sports News understand the loan is with a view to a permanent transfer at the end of the season.

West Ham have pulled out of a deal to sign William Carvalho from Sporting Lisbon, according to Sky Sources. The Hammers have decided to walk away after Sporting refused to lower their £40m valuation for the Portugal midfielder. West Ham also have concerns about Carvalho's fitness.

Aye only just seen that regarding paying some money now. Should work out for both sides, RBL get Keita for another season and will get a good fee, Keita will play Bundesliga football and  Champions League football, we've got a guy coming into the team next season at 23 with a big upside who should fit in well with the system.

Hopefully, we can get Lemar in as well and I really cannot see it happening but if we did somehow by a miracle get Van Dijk in that'll be a successful window imo.

Apparently Barca were making moves after the deal with that kid from Nice fell through. Makes sense to bite the bullet and pay extra, knowing that bigger teams will be eyeing up his release clause if he has a good season (he will).

After seeing the Kieta deal get done I'm not going to be surprised if Van Dijk gets done too.
