However it has happened, Dijk has ended up kicking him in the back of the leg as Lamela got to the ball first. Lamela milks it, but you get penalties for much less.

Ironically, the 'poor' decision (depending on who you are) for Spurs' first penalty actually sparked Liverpool into playing in a second half where they had been clearly second best.
