That was a fantastic turn of events. It completely changes the playing field. It’s a natural progression, yet a major shift in atmosphere. And I love how the relationship between Eleanor and Michael is strengthening. And the roast was an incredible scene.

Weird tonal shift: did anyone else have a weird feeling about Ted Danson holding a comedy roast?

Just watched last week’s episode. God, that was so heartfelt. And now we’re going to the fireworks factory.

Oh my god. This roller coaster ride of Michael's character is killing me. 

Also, I like how they manage to make Chidi so damn annoying to the other characters but never to the audience, I feel. I'm just so constantly entertained by him as much as the rest of them.

that was a good episode. this definitely works better for me as a weekly than when I binged through season 1.

I'm the same. I was fine binging, but I prefer watching it weekly to digest it.

God I loved that episode. I can’t remember the last show before this one where I loved every single episode. And Jesus, I can’t wait to see what happens with both Michael and The Judge.

What do you guys figure the turnaround on season 2 getting to Netflix will be?

Instant because I live in the UK which is where it "airs" over here

It’s on NBC in the States. I watch it on Hulu the next day.

As for Season 2 making it to American Netflix, I would imagine it’ll be around when Season 3 starts airing. Pretty standard procedure.
