All joking aside, this currently England squad along with the manager seem different to previous generations. I think there is something there, if not the World Cup, there’s no reason we can’t have a real go at the European Championships in a couple of years. There seems to be a real togetherness that I don’t recall seeing before. 

Then again, there are a lot of Spurs bottlers in the squad.

I've decided Pep Guardiola is the true mastermind behind the last few World Cup winning teams (Puyol, Pique, Xavi, Iniesta, Busquets, Pedro in 2010 Spain and Boateng, Kroos, Schweinsteiger, Neuer, Muller, Gotze, Lahm in 2014 Germany).

Which means Walker, Stones, Sterling and er.. Delph, are leading England to glory this year.

Us and our neighbours beyond the wall also got to the play-offs, so a great performance overall given our populations I find!
