Fantasy Legends Mod

Hi. I was wondering if someone could help with a fantasy mod I had an idea for. It may have already been done or something close but I’m new to the forum and don’t know how to search. 

I’m getting back in to EWR/TEW for the first time in a long while. I would like to have a mod with every (notable) wrestler both past and present, active or retired, alive or dead.  I just need all the wrestlers and states in it.

The rosters don’t matter I can set that myself. I thinking using WWE and having a 4 or 5 brand split: RAW, SMACKDOWN, NXT, and LEGENDS.  Legends would be guys who peaked in the 80s and early 90s like a Senior tour. (with their ages set to that period not their current ages).  

Has this been done already?  Any help or suggestions where to look or how to begin assembling this are greatly appreciated.
