The MKPunk data listed above has NXT as a playable brand within WWE not as a separate promotion.
This might be more of what you're after

It has RAW, Smackdown Live, NXT, 205 Live and the Live Event roster as separate companies with some split contracts obviously.
It is made based on MKPunk's April Data but updated to include the Post-WM debuts and Superstar Shake Up changes.
It is within the last spoiler in the first post. If you have any queries about the data or suggestions to improve it, feel free to post in the thread.

Raw and smackdown live will always release their developmental talent over the first week,  plus whoemever else they need to to get their roster number down to the required minimum.
