2 Custom Logos Please

Hey everyone!

Was hoping to see if I could get some help with two separate custom logos. Both I was looking to get them in the EWR event background (the grey one) and possibly a png as well.

 

The first one would be for a broadcaster called "Ringside". Was looking for it to look similar to the Sinclair Stadium logo (in the spoiler tag below below), but replacing the stadium with a ring (I put a couple of examples in the spoiler tag below) with "Ringside" under it (feel free to go nuts)

The second one would be for an event called "Vendetta". Honestly for this looking for a rip of either the Def Jam Vendetta and the V for Vendetta logo.
