Wrestling Promotions in Europe, UK, and Canada

I am creating a database for TEW 05 that will take place in 1998. I have decided on two promotions from each area, aside from USA. I was wondering what would your suggestions be for the other areas. For example, for the Japan area I have NJPW and AJPW as these seem to be the top promotions of the day. Am I wrong in assuming that? For Mexico I have CMLL and AAA. However, Canada, Europe, and UK are tough so I would appreciate your help if it is possible.

Assuming their 1998 product was like they are now, Traditional is probably the best option.

For Canada, Border City Wrestling and Extreme Canadian Championship Wrestling are the two that you should add if only doing two. They saw the most impact players go through their companies (Edge, Christian, Joe E Legend, Rhino and more in BCW... Christopher Daniels, Bryan Danielson, The Bollywood Boyz and more were all regulars for ECCW, not to mention Kyle O'Reilly cutting his teeth there.)
